Friendly and attentive host. Convenient location for exploring Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. Spacious and comfortable family room. Spotlessly clean with lovely shower. Superb breakfast with good choices. Good night's sleep with no outside noise. Ample off-road parking. Warm and friendly atmosphere

This hotel has certainly impressed me with its attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensures a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the little touches like having mugs instead of tiny cups, and the provision of extra amenities such as a water bottle and pet-friendly package. The location is perfect, being just across from the beach and close to the town center.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
